When the cat turns green, anything can happen. Our family grows, our imagination runs wild and our kitchen continues to evolve since the first Tola Dolza Sunday in June 2020. Yes, three years of welcoming guests on a journey of wood-fired cooking, smoky flavors, and our love of everything about the Emilian countryside. With the opening of Acetaia Maria Luigia, we created a place where fire arises, wood crackles, and embers flare to celebrate Tola Dolza permanently, not just on Sundays. Welcome to Al Gatto Verde at Casa Maria Luigia! Al Gatto Verde is surrounded by grand oak trees, vineyards and the old barn that is today Acetaia Maria Luigia.
